This two-in-one approach is suitable for a very operational framework for an ongoing project (launch of a new offer, preparation of a communication brief, etc.). The program will be adapted precisely to the context (teams, project, etc.).
The content is closely related to the context of your project, but in general terms we cover:
- The formulation of personae and insights from the consumer knowledge you have gathered for your project (reminder of good practices in formulating an insight and support in the development of your personae and your insights),
- Articulation and formulation of the value propositions (reminder of good practices and supports on the formulation of value propositions related to your current project),
- Crash-test during the session with "candid" audiences (we can recruit them if necessary), in order to identify the clarity of what was produced in the session,Optimization of your insights and value propositions (after crash tests),
The format of the trainstorming depends on the size of your project, in general it can include:
- A pre-task to align the teams before the session,
- A session that can last from one to two days,
- Reworking a posteriori (two or three days after the session) if you need a time for a new perspective.
- In person, we go to your premises or we can, depending on your needs, offer you an inspiring place for animation,
- In remote, we use a combination of different collaborative tools (Zoom, Cisco Webex Training, Klaxoon, Beekast, etc.)
