Our training courses adapt to your learner targets. We cover the entire value chain cycle:
- Identifying customer and consumer needs,
- Writing up personae and insights,
- Developing a value proposal and writing concepts (features, benefits, RTBs, brand statements),
- Using emotions,
- Segmenting the value proposal,
- Articulating the message when communicating,
- Conducting concept reviews.
We design the training programs according to your needs with formats from one to four days. Depending on your needs, these trainings take place face-to-face (respecting your internal rules related to COVID-19), in a virtual classroom in real time (ZOOM) or in the form of e-learning modules (7 modules program).
Each session is evaluated by learners.
